Quality Requirements:
1. Firm semi-ripe and ready to eat within 2 days of despatch.
2. Colour mid green to brown. Some yellow/brown colouration at base.
3. Clean, dry, bright skin.
4. Plume to be intact, with no mould.
5. Free from rots, mould, fungal or pest damage, or other type of deterioration.
6. Free from Clean and free from abnormal external moisture, with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues and foreign taste or smell.
