2. Colour characteristic of variety pale to mid green, usually with speckles.
3. Should be firm, whole, clean, and evenly shaped.
4. Must be free from softening, mould, rots, insect damage or any other type of deterioration.
5. No external moisture with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
