1. Ripe and ready to eat.
2. Colour mid to dark green. Smooth surface.
3. Should be firm, whole, clean and evenly graded.
4. Must be free from softening, mould, rots, pest damage or any other type of deterioration.
5. Dry with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
