Quality Requirements:
1. Colour deep red for red grapes, pale to mid green for green grapes - both with with grey/white yeast bloom.
2. Berries to be mature, firm and firmly attached, sound and clean. No bruised or crushed grapes.
3. Free from mould, rots, fungal or pest damage, pests, pest debris or any other type of deterioration.
4. No excess moisture, signs of visible foreign matters or residues. Free from foriegn taste or smell.
5. Minimal surface scarring of fruit.
