A tolerance of 10% is allowed for slight defects in colour, shape, superficial surface blemishes, silver scurf and slight healed defects.

Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Colour mid to bright yellow. With textured shiny skins.
3. Lemons must be intact, firm, well shaped and clean.
4. Free from rots, mould (white or blue), softening, skin shrivel, fungal or pest damage, pests, pest debris or any other type of deterioration.
5. Minimal surface scarring or blemish.
6. No excess moisture, signs of visible foreign matters or residues. Free from foriegn taste or smell.
