1. An inclusive tolerance of 10% is allowed for defects in shape and white patches of colour and greened tips.
2. No tolerance for surface damage, bruising or any type of deterioration.

Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 3 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Colour yellow to red, with the presence of a small white patch allowed.
3. Calyx & short green stalk attached not longer than 12mm.
4. Must be firm, sound, fresh and clean.
5. Free from rots, mould, fungal or pest damage, pests, pest debris or any other type of deterioration.
6. No surface scarring or bruising allowed.
7. No excess moisture, signs of visible foreign matters or residues. Free from foriegn taste or smell.
