A tolerance of 2sq.cm per fruit for superficial surface scarring or blemishes that does not affect shelf life.

Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Apple to be red/green in colour.
3. Free from rots, shrivel, fungal or pest damage, or any other type of deterioration.
4. Fruit must be firm with no bruising allowed.
5. Clean and free from any visible foreign matter or residues and foreign smell or taste.
6. No external moisture.
