Size:
Individual fruits should be sized no less than 65mm (2.6") diameter.

Tolerance:
1. A tolerance of 2sq.cm per fruit for superficial surface scarring or blemishes that does not affect shelf life.
2. Speckling is allowed, where individual speckles do not exceed 2mm diameter.

Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1 - Variety Bramley.
2. Apple must be mature, green in colour, appropriate to the variety.
3. Free from rots, shrivel, fungal or pest damage, or any other type of deterioration.
4. Fruit must be firm with no bruising allowed.
5. Clean and free from any visible foreign matter or residues and foreign smell or taste.
6. No external moisture.
