Quality Requirements:
1. Colour mustard yellow with purple top.
2. Must be firm, sound, fresh and clean.
3. Round in shape and evenly graded.
4. Free from rots, fungal or pest damage, pests and any other type of deterioration.
5. No surface scarring or damage.
6. Dry, with no signs of visible material or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
7. Trimmed to remove all lateral roots and leaves.
