Tolerance:
1. A tolerance of 10% per package is allowed for defects in size, shape and colour.
2. A tolerance of 5sq.cm (max) is allowed per root for superficial surface scarring and pest damage. 		Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 7 days.
Quality Requirements:
1. Roots should be dark red in colour, clean, firm and fresh.
2. Free from excessive moisture, foreign smell or taste.
3. Skin should not be excessively rough or mis-shapen.
4. Free from damage by pests, disease, freezing, mechanical or any other cause.
