Maximum length: 135mm (1.8" - 5")
Tolerance:
1. 5% tolerance for defects in shape and size, shrivel, greening, pest damage, rots.
2. A tolerance of 25% surface area per potato for common scab. 		Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 10 days.
Quality Requirements:
1. Unwashed main crop, ware, potatoes. White in colour.
2. Consistently sized and shaped.
3. Free from shrivel, sprouting, greening, pest damage, rots, bruise or internal discolouration.
4. Free from excess moisture with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
