Quality Requirements:
1. Washed white potatoes, colour pale yellow.
2. Consistently sized and shaped. Must be firm and turgid.
3. Free from shrivel, sprouting, greening, pest damage, rots, bruise or internal discolouration.
4. Free from excess moisture with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
