Tolerance:
1. 5% tolerance for defects in shape.
2. A tolerance of 25% surface area per potato for common scab.
3. A tolerance of 1sq.cm per potato for superficial surface blemish 		Shelf Life:
Date of Despatch, plus an in-house shelf life of two weeks.
Quality Requirements:
1. Washed white potatoes, with no soil adhering.
2. Consistently sized and shaped tubers.
3. Free from shrivel, sprouting, greening, pest damage, rots, bruise or internal discolouration.
4. No external moisture, with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell
