2. Colour: bulb white with green veins, leaves mid to dark green.
3. Bulbs to be firm and clean with trimmed roots.
4. Leaves to be fresh in appearance and free from discolouration, slime or extraneous matter.
5. Free from bruising, mechanical damage, insects or pest damage.
6. Free from abnormal excess moisture. Free from foreign taste or smell.
7. Uniform in size.
