Tolerance:
A tolerance of 10% is allowed for light soiling, small cracks in outer leaves, slight bruising and the requirement of light trimming.

Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Stem cleanly cut below lowest point of leaf growth, leaves to be firmly attached.
3. Trimmed with a couple of leaves left for protection.
4. Colour bright to dark green. No yellowing of outer leaves.
5. Firm, fresh in appearance and clean, with no visible foreign matter or residues.
6. No splitting, bruised or torn leaves. No soil, pests or pest debris.
7. Free from rots, shrivel, fungal or pest damage, or any other type of deterioration.
8. No excess moisture and foreign smell or taste.
