Cabbages must weigh a minimum of 1kg (2.2lbs).

Tolerance:
A tolerance of 4sq.cm is allowed per cabbage for knife cuts occuring during pre-packing and superficial surface scars of no greater depth than 1 leaf.

Shelf Life:
Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Colour dark green.
2. Intact, firm, clean and fresh.
3. No bruising, splits or discolouration allowed.
4. Cabbages must be free from rots, fungal or pest damage, yellowing slime or any other type of deterioration.
5. Clean, no abnormal external moisture and no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
