Size:
Individual capsicums should be sized 70mm - 90mm diameter, measured across shoulders.

Tolerance:
1. A tolerance of 10% is allowed for defects in shape, colour or a slightly damaged stalk, provided the calyx is intact.
2. A tolerance of 2sq.cm is allowed for slight superficial blemish, which does not affect overall appearance and shelf life.

Shelf Life:
Date of dispatch plus an in-house shelf life of 5 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Colour bright to dark green, glossy.
3. Whole, well developed, firm, clean, well shaped, with stalk intact.
4. Free from rot spots, shrivel, fungal or pest damage, or any other type of deterioration.
5. Free from abnormal external moisture with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
6. Product to be evenly graded.
