1. A tolerance of 10% is allowed for defects in size and shape.

Shelf Life:
Date of dispatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Colour white/cream.
2. Mushrooms should be intact, firm, with tightly closed caps and no gills visible.
3. No bruising, slime or brown discolouration to caps.
4. Must be free mould nests, rots, pest damage or any other type of deterioration.
5. Dry with no signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
