Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Colour mid to dark pink/red leaves with white stems and veins.
3. Leaves must be fresh in appearance and turgid.
4. Heads must be mature, compact, firm, clean and trimmed at the base.
5. Free from brown rot, slime, discolouration, fungal or pest damage, pests or any other type of deterioration.
6. No excess external moisture or signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
