A tolerance of 10% is allowed for slight brown/yellow discolouration to outer leaves, provided this does not affect the shelf life or appearance of the product. Minimal discolouration to stem is allowed.

Date of despatch plus an in-house shelf life of 4 days. |
Quality Requirements:
1. Class 1.
2. Colour light to mid green.
3. Leaves must be fresh in appearance and turgid.
4. Heads must be compact, clean and trimmed at the base.
5. Free from brown rot and discolouration, fungal or pest damage, pests or any other type of deterioration.
6. No excess external moisture or signs of visible foreign matter or residues. Free from foreign taste or smell.
