Food Packaging & Food Safety

The highest priority is given to food safety, traceability and hygiene throughout the company. We have implemented HACCP procedures and are currently implementing the BRC standard. All staff are fully trained in Food Safety & Hygiene by an independent organisation prior to commencing employment with the Fresh Food Group. Copies of relevant certifications are available on request. We have already been audited by and supply the following:

Our packing teams work 24 hours, 6 days a week - under the supervision of a Shift Team Leader and Quality Controller.

Most items can be supplied in bulk (i.e. by box) or as individually picked items to any quantity you request.
